It’s great for cars still within a three year manufacturer’s warranty, under three years old and has done less than 120 000 km since registration.

Driving a car without a warranty can be risky, here’s why... if your car breaks down you are liable for costs, and they can easily add up to thousands of rands. Don’t panic, you can get our Auto Drive Warranty. It’s specifically for cars out of warranty, under seven years old and have done less than 250 000 km since first date of registration.

Older than 7 years & < 250 000km
It’s not old, it’s mature and mature cars deserve a little extra love and attention. Get our Auto Drive Train Warranty for cars older than seven years (but under fourteen years) and has done less than 250 000 km since its registration. Break downs no longer need to break the bank.

How do I qualify for a vehicle warranty?
Your car must meet the below conditions.
· A passenger, 4x4 or light commercial car with a gross car mass of less than 3 500kg.
· Has a valid manufacturer warranty in place
· Have a full-service history in place, as per the manufacturer’s specifications.
· Is not a taxi, rental car, exotic car, rebuilt car (Code 3), modified car or a car that is or has been used in any form of motoring competition or sport.
· Is in sound mechanical condition and has a valid roadworthy certificate.
What is excluded from a vehicle warranty?
- Normal wear and tear is not covered by this policy. Please note that you must be up to date with your car service, for the policy to remain valid.
How do I make a claim on my vehicle warranty?
Call us on 0861 11 19 21 from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00 and an amazing consultant will take you through the claims process.
Please make sure you have the following info with you before you call:
· Owner’s name
· Policy number
· Current odometer reading on your car
· Nature of mechanical failure/breakdown
· Address where the car can be inspected
· Service records and/or invoices
Please note: We need to authorise all repair work beforehand, and it must be done by an authorised repairer.
All tiers have a waiting period, and an inspection will be required to waiver the waiting period.
